Allow the oven to cool completely before cleaning after each use.

Brush the cooking stones with a stiff brush after cooling to remove residue. Do not use soap or submerge stones in water.

Wipe the 441 stainless steel exterior with a soft cloth and stainless steel cleaner, following the direction of the grain.
