Our daily cut-off time is 5:00pm EST. All orders placed before 5:00pm EST will be processed the same day; all orders placed after 5:00pm EST will be processed the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in original, unused condition. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival. There is a restocking fee of 25% of the product price for approved returns. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after approval

Most of our products require some assembly. Detailed instructions and all necessary hardware are included.
