The Blaze 26-Inch Built-In Outdoor Oven brings professional kitchen performance to the outdoor environment, offering a breadth of cooking capability that far exceeds a conventional grill. Three 304 stainless steel tubular burners produce 24,500 BTUs total, maintaining precise temperatures from 270°F for low-and-slow applications up to 550°F for high-heat roasting and baking — while the ceramic pizza stone itself reaches 700°F for authentic, restaurant-caliber results.

A digital display provides continuous oven temperature readout, while two included Bluetooth meat probes deliver real-time internal temperature data directly to the screen. Whether slow-roasting a pork shoulder or finishing a Neapolitan-style crust, the cook maintains full visibility without opening the oven door. The glass door allows visual monitoring throughout the cook without releasing heat.
